DESCRIPTION
LAC 147 is a specially formulated liquid alkaline cleaner designed for industrial applications for in-process cleaning of sensitive aluminum alloys that are prone to staining in alkaline systems. Using the latest additives for detergency and wetting available, LAC 147 offers exceptional cleaning properties for the removal of most industrial contaminants, particularly smut and fine particulate entrained into the surface of the substrate. Residual films of LAC 147 can provide corrosion protection for parts in storage.

APPLICATION
LAC 147 is ideally suited for facilities requiring a high degree of cleanliness on their ferrous and aluminum materials. LAC 147 should always be added to the water in the washer.

BENEFITS
• Extremely low foaming characteristics ideal for high-pressure washers
• Safe on sensitive aluminum alloys such as 5000, 6000 and 7000 series alloys
• Exceptional hard water stability keeps washers clean and maintenance free
• Lean concentrations assure low consumption and cost effectiveness
• High detergency/surfactant package providing added cleaning power beyond alkalinity
• Contains no phosphates, nitrites or silicones
• Contains silicates

APPROVALS
• Super-compliant for California SCAQMD Rule 1144

DESCRIPTION
CT 190 RP is a synthetic, water-soluble alkaline cleaner with exceptional ferrous rust prevention properties. CT 190 RP provides long term indoor rust protection to ferrous surfaces. It contains no hydrocarbon oils, nitrites, silicates, or harmful biocides. CT 190 RP deposits a thin indiscernible film which, when applied and handled properly, will give excellent inside rust protection. CT 190 RP can be used in one stage washers which don’t incorporate a rinse and need excellent in-process corrosion protection after cleaning.

APPLICATION
CT 190 RP may be used in spray washers, dip tanks, tumbling, and ultrasonic or vibratory systems. The recommended concentration range for these applications is 2-6%. Concentration control is easily maintained with the handheld refractometer or Chemtool titration kit.

BENEFITS
• Good cleaning for ferrous metal
• Excellent rust protection
• Low applied cost
• Fast-drying product and parts may be heated
• Elimination of hazardous fumes, odors, and fire hazards
• Contains phosphate

DESCRIPTION
Hydrosolv 57 is a heavy duty concentrated liquid alkaline cleaner used primarily in industrial applications for in-process cleaning of ferrous metals. Using the latest additives for detergency and wetting available, Hydrosolv 57 offers exceptional cleaning properties for the removal of most industrial contaminants, particularly smut and fine particulate entrained into the substrate’s surface. If you do not rinse parts after cleaning, residual films of Hydrosolv 57 can provide indoor corrosion protection for parts in between machining processes.

APPLICATION
Hydrosolv 57 leaves a thin, transparent rust proofing film which will not only prevent problems with subsequent gauging on critical dimensions but will not show any white residue on highly finished surfaces. The corrosion resistance provided by Hydrosolv 57 is accomplished without the use of oils, nitrates, or chromates. Even though the residual film is so thin that it is almost imperceptible, it should provide protection for up to one month of indoor storage. Hydrosolv 57 is ideally suited for facilities requiring a high degree of cleanliness on their ferrous materials such as internal engine components. Hydrosolv 57 should always be added to the water in the washer.

BENEFITS
• Extremely low foaming characteristics ideal for high-pressure washers
• Imperceptible thin film corrosion preventative offers superior rust protection and weldable surface
• Exceptional hard water stability keeps washers clean and maintenance free
• Lean concentrations assure low consumption and cost effectiveness
• High detergency/surfactant package providing added cleaning power beyond alkalinity
• Contains no nitrites or silicones
• Contains phosphate
