DESCRIPTION
RPA 500 is a water dilutable corrosion inhibitor based on the select volatility of amine chemistries. RPA 500 is recommended for applications that require a short-term (1-3 months) to long-term (12-16 months) indoor protection of cast iron and steel alloys. RPA 500 contains no Diethanolamine or Nitrites.RPA 500 is very low foaming and is an effective rust inhibitor at low concentrations. It is completely soluble in water and may be used as an in-process rust inhibitor. Due to the product’s solubility, you can tailor the product’s concentration to meet your protection requirements. RPA 500 forms a nearly imperceptible film on machine parts for excellent corrosion protection without forming a sticky residue. It is also compatible in a wide range of water hardness. The clear dilution makes it an ideal choice for leak test baths.

APPLICATION
RPA 500 can be applied to ferrous parts by immersion, spray, or flow coat. Initially, a 5% concentration of RPA 500 should be added to the mixed coolant tank. Then adjust the concentration to provide the desired level of protection. RPA 500 can also be used as a standalone corrosion inhibitor. A concentration of 10-15% will provide indoor storage protection for 6-12 months. It is desirable to dry the parts as quickly as possible after treating with RPA 500 to increase the length of corrosion protection. This can be achieved from the blow off after applying in the last stage of a conventional washer.

BENEFITS
Short term non-discernible film. Will not leave heavy tacky residues typically associated with water based RP’s. Low foaming for both spray and dip applications. Passes 10 freeze-thaw cycles. Nitrite free.

DESCRIPTION
RPAL 600 is a synthetic, water dilutable corrosion inhibitor based upon an enhanced blend of select corrosion inhibitor surfactant chemistries. RPAL 600 is recommended for applications which require a short-term (1-3 months) to long-term (6-9 months) indoor protection of cast iron, steel, aluminum, copper and brass alloys. RPAL 600 contains no diethanolamine or nitrites. RPAL 600 exhibits superior wetting and coverage properties on all metallic alloys. This outstanding film coverage is critical for good corrosion protection, especially on complex surfaces and geometries. It is low foaming and is an effective rust inhibitor at low concentrations for immersion application systems. RPAL 600 is completely soluble in water and may be used as either an in-process rust inhibitor or for long term finished storage. Due to the products solubility, you can tailor the product concentration to meet your protection requirements.

RPAL 600 forms a near-imperceptible film on machine parts for excellent corrosion protection without forming a sticky residue. It is also compatible with a variety of process water chemistries.

It is an ideal choice for manufacturers and facilities processing a variety of mixed metals. RPAL 600 also exhibits mild vapor phase properties.

APPLICATION
RPAL 600 can be applied to non-ferrous and ferrous parts by immersion, spray, or flow-coat systems. Initially, a 10% concentration of RPAL 600 should be added to the mixed coolant tank. Then adjust the concentration to provide the desired level of protection.

RPAL 600 can also be used as a stand-alone corrosion inhibitor. Usually, a concentration of 10-15% will provide indoor storage protection for three to nine months. It is desirable to dry the parts as quickly as possible after treating with RPAL 600, to increase the length of corrosion protection. This can be achieved from the blow off after applying in the last stage of a conventional washer.

BENEFITS
• Outstanding in-process corrosion protection on all metallic substrates
• Provides good corrosion protection for all machine surfaces
• Superior wetting and coverage properties
• Excellent pH control and reserve alkalinity
• Outstanding hard water stability
• Excellent corrosion protection on aluminum castings

DESCRIPTION
WeRP 6 provides the high performance of conventional solvent/ oil based rust preventatives without the flash/flame, safety, or housekeeping liabilities associated with them. WeRP 6 is a 10% solids, low VOC, non-toxic synthetic surfactant blend that deposits an ultra-thin uniform film when cured. The product is non-flammable and can easily be cleaned with detergent and hot water. The product is as thin as a solvent, yet it contains no solvent or mineral oils and is readily biodegradable. When fully cured, the thin film exhibits excellent high humidity protection. WeRP 6 is formulated with a multi-metal package to inhibit corrosion on yellow metals and to prevent magnetite corrosion due to stacking parts. Optimal coverage is as received in a dip tank, flow coating, or when brushed or sprayed using an airless or pneumatic spray gun. WeRP 6 is formulated with an optimal blend of preservatives to extend shelf life. WeRP 6 is an excellent choice for the last stage of a washer, as it will help disperse dirt while coating the parts with a near-imperceptible film. In many instances, the product is paintable as in the benchmarking study done next page.

BENEFITS
• Extremely low foaming characteristics ideal for high-pressure washers
• Contains a preservative for maximum sump life yet is biodegradable
• Imperceptible thin film corrosion preventative offers superior rust protection and weldable surface
• Lean concentrations assure low consumption and cost effectiveness
• High detergency/surfactant package providing added cleaning power beyond alkalinity
• Contains no phosphates, nitrites, or silicones

DESCRIPTION
CT 5 A is an oil dispersed, non-staining rust preventive designed to deposit a light oily film which provides indoor protection on sheet steel and other ferrous parts. The CT 5 A will neutralize fingerprints and provides excellent water displacing characteristics while preventing the formation of black stains when parts are stored in contact with each other.

APPLICATION
CT 5 A is used as received and may be applied by brush, dip, or spray application at room temperature. Normally a single tank is adequate for dipping operations. However, if parts are extremely wet or dirty and where carry-over is great, a two-tank system will produce the best results. Where water displacement is of primary importance, the dip tank should be equipped with a bottom drain for removing accumulated water. A false-bottom tank is desirable to prevent parts from being dipped through rust preventive into water layer below. Aged films of CT 5 A are easily removed with alkaline cleaners, vapor degreasing, or wiping with mineral spirits.

BENEFITS
Low odor based solvent for worker health and safety. Barium free. Low residues for clean package and handling and post-machining processes. Excellent for in-process rust protection.
