DESCRIPTION
Lubricast 840 D is formulated for the production of bright and clean parts in the casting of magnesium and aluminum alloys. Cast parts can be painted or plated without concern for a lack of adhesion. Recommended dilution range is 50:1 to 100:1.

BENEFITS
• Improved solder protection from thermally stable release film
• Reduced usage cost from leaner dilution ratios and less die lube required in the die cavity
• Increased production from reduced over-all cycle time from reduced spray time

APPROVALS
• Super-compliant for California SCAQMD Rule 1144
